Man, if you can't appreciate how awesome the taco truck and beatbox kitchen is then you probably don't deserve to eat. Sort of randomly around the Carlton / Brunswick / Coburg area, follow their twitter to know where they'll be next. For about $12, you get yourself a couple of tacos, and corn chips. AWESOME! Seriously simple, fresh and lets face it, no where nearly as long a wait as Mamasitas! We sat sort of around a park (you know those wooden things - I don't even know what those wooden things are called - they make surprisingly good seats).
Well, I figured that the Beatbox kitchen was also right there, and I hadn't eaten all day, but more importantly, it was a burger I'd also have a burger. The "raph" burger was one damn good burger ($11).
These trucks have seriously got to be the coolest way to get yourself some tacos and burgers in the burbs of Melbourne right about now.And they're freaken awesome tacos and burgers too.
